Roland Pozo, a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), e-PRO, and At Home With Diversity Certified, is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, a Business Broker, and Licensed Mortgage Broker. Roland has over 18 years of management experience in banking institutions as senior vice president and senior lending officer. Roland is a graduate of Florida International University (FIU) with a degree in Business Administration, major in accounting.

Magda Granda, a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) is an e-PRO, Sales Associate and has numerous sales achievement and customer service awards. A 25-year veteran of the airline industry, Magda has extensive marketing, sales, customer service, and relocation skills. Magda is a graduate of Gregg Business College, with a degree in Business Administration.
